Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

TV FIX offers refunds under the following conditions:

  • Service was not completed as agreed
  • Service failed to address the stated issue within the warranty period
  • Customer requested cancellation before service was initiated
  • Refund request is made within 7 days of service completion

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Replacement parts installed at customer's request
  • Diagnostic fees
  • Labor charges for completed diagnostics
  • Services completed as requested but did not resolve pre-existing issues

3. Warranty Replacement

If service fails within the warranty period, we offer repair or replacement at no additional cost rather than a full refund.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of service completion
  • Provide service invoice and reason for refund request
  • Allow 7-10 business days for refund processing
  • Original payment method will be used for refunds

5. Disputes

If there is a dispute regarding a refund request, the customer and TRISHIV ELEGANCE PRIVATE LIMITED agree to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation or applicable consumer protection channels.
